Zach Bryan Was Amazing / Amphitheater Could Have Been Better
Im a huge concert junkie and love to see my favorite artists live. I have been to Bonner Springs Amphitheater many times and typically enjoyed it. A couple things bugged me about this experience though. We bought VIP tickets and were supposed to have easier access to the bar and bathrooms which is definitely the case. Unfortunately though, the VIP section closed early and wouldn't let us use the bathroom while the show was still going. If you pay extea for VIP, you expect extra the whole concert experience. I understand last call on liquor but the bathrooms should still be available in my opinion. Another thing was that we could tip on card in the VIP section but your Volunteers were going without tips! That seems pretty messed up because obviously the Amphitheater has the technology to allow tips on cards but just don't find it necessary for their volunteers to receive them.
